Kevin joined the fire department in 1991, when he turned 18 years old. He has a very strong desire to help those who are in need of help. He has been Fire Chief since 1997. He is the longest running Fire Chief in the history of the department. He was the receiptient of the Cheif's Award in 1991, and has been honored to have been chosen the Fire Fighter of the Year twice. Once in 1993 and the second in 2005. Kevin Has been a New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) since 1992. Kevin is very active in the fundraising part of our department also, working bingo every week, selling bingo cards and calling bingo.
